If you do not receive the re-set email: please check the email address shown on your profile by searching for your last name here- that is the address the re-set link will be sent to. 

Hiccup? your individual membership may need to be renewed through national CAI.


Corporate memberships for Management Companies and Business Partners:

NEW: The 'Owner' of each company membership controls the company profile with a separate administrative password. You also have a personal password like any member, per above.

To sign in as company administrator: Select "Click here to re-set password" below, then enter your company name as your username and click the Reset Password box. 

Please note that the re-set link will be sent to the person the company has designated as the company membership "owner."  


Suggestions upon successful company-level sign-in:

  •     Upload your logo to the company profile
  •     Populate the public-facing Company Contact fields
  •     Populate new company information such as Geographic Areas Served
  •     Select Organization Type
  •     Shop for company marketing opportunities
Hiccup? please double-check that your company name is entered exactly as it appears in Member Search results (see top toolbar). Or, that the company membership is current at national CAI.
